• What do I get for my HOA fees?  
  The community provides residents in good standing:
  • Garbage collection 
  • Lawn mowing 
  • Common area maintenance 
  • Industrial dumpster 2 times a month 
  • RV lot (nominal fee) 
  • Pool 
  • Community events 
  • Spice Rap community newsletter

• What days do they collect garbage?
  • Monday and Thursday are collection days. (at your patio gate) 
  • Tuesday is Recycling (curbside) 
    
  
  
• When does the pool open and where do I get my pass?
  • The pool is open Memorial day through Labor Day. The hours are 12:00 noon to 8:30pm 7 days a week. You may get your photo id pass at the community office during office hours (check your spice rap for extend hours for pool pass pick up). You will also get a guest pass with a limited number of visits, more may be purchased. 
    
  
  
• What about crime? 
  • Although some concerns about crime exist we actually have per capita a very low crime rate as compared too surrounding communities. 
    
  
  
• What are the sizes of the homes? 
  • Our homes are built in quads so everyone has a corner unit. They range in size from 2 bedroom ranchers to 4 bedroom 3 level homes, with everything in between.
