Our Community

Our community is 25 years old . When it was first built the homes were intended as affordable starter homes and are still considered as such. Although the community is aging it still maintains a young family population with a healthy dose of those who moved in as original owners and stayed. With 684 homes we are one of the largest self managed communities in the area. Our board of directors manages all aspects of our community from grounds and office personnel to pool, concrete, garbage, contracts and more. They do this with help from our many committees.
