Grounds and Maintenance

Our Grounds crew consists of a Grounds manager,several year round employees and several seasonal employees. They are responsible for all aspects of grounds maintenance. The crew mows all common areas as well a residents lawns. They maintain and plant all common ground garden beds. Clean all parking areas. Install replace and repair all street lighting. Maintain all fencing. Perform snow removal of all streets. In general keep our community looking clean and neat.
